Mentees

Meet the
young women we empower

Mentorship opens doors to opportunity, providing young women with the guidance, skills, and connections needed to navigate their careers with confidence.

Who are our mentees?

Young women who are ambitious, resilient, and ready to lead.

Our mentees are young women in Kenya who have completed their University education but face barriers to entering the workforce. Many come from underserved backgrounds, where access to career opportunities is limited. Despite their challenges, they are determined to pursue meaningful careers, create change in their communities, and break cycles of inequality.

Through mentorship, these young women receive the guidance, encouragement, and resources they need to take their next steps with confidence.
