Become a Mentor

Mentor Journey and Key Dates 

  1. Attend a Mentor Information Session
    Join a 30-minute virtual session to learn more about the program, mentor expectations, and the application process. Attendance at one session is recommended before moving forward.
  2. Schedule Your Mentor Interview
    If you decide to continue, you will take part in a short interview with a member of our team.
  3. Program Launch and Matching
    September 30 – Mentor application deadline
    October – Mentees complete profiles, review mentor profiles, and submit mentor requests
    November – Matching process completed by our team
    December – Mentor and mentee introductions
  4. Mentorship Partnerships
    January to June – Six-month mentorship partnerships take place

    If selected, you’ll receive training and resources to prepare for your mentorship journey.
  4. Be Matched with a Mentee
    Mentees review mentor profiles and share their preferences. We carefully match pairs based on career goals and aspirations.
  5. Start Mentoring
    Engage in meaningful conversations and career-building support over six months.
