What we look for in a mentor
You believe in creating opportunities and empowering young women to grow
You’re excited to engage in a cross-cultural exchange, broadening both your mentee’s world and your own.
You bring a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience, industry knowledge and career insights to help mentees succeed.
You can commit to monthly one-hour virtual mentorship sessions over a six-month period.
